Our Jewelry Creation Process
Designing (CAD/CAM)
The jewelry making process begins with the designing stage. Skilled designers use advanced CAD/CAM software to create a precise 3D design of the jewelry piece. This technology helps in planning every detail, including size, structure, and overall appearance.
A well-prepared design ensures accuracy in the entire manufacturing process. This stage combines creativity and technology to transform an idea into a detailed digital blueprint.
Model Making
Once the design is finalized, the next step is model making. A master model is created based on the CAD design, which represents the first physical form of the jewelry piece.
This model can be made using materials such as wax, resin, or metal. It helps craftsmen examine the structure, proportions, and fine details of the design before moving forward with production.
Rubber Mould
After the master model is ready, a rubber mould is created from it. This mould is used to produce multiple copies of the same design efficiently.
The mould captures every small detail of the master model, ensuring that each piece produced later will have the same shape and design accuracy. This step is important for maintaining consistency in mass production.
Waxing / Wax Tree
In this stage, wax is injected into the rubber mould to create wax replicas of the jewelry design. These wax models are exact copies of the original model.
Multiple wax pieces are then attached to a central wax rod, forming a structure known as a wax tree. This arrangement allows several jewelry pieces to be cast at the same time.
Casting
Casting is the process where the wax models are transformed into metal jewelry pieces. The wax tree is covered with a special investment material that forms a strong mould around it.
When the mould is heated in a furnace, the wax melts and leaves behind hollow spaces in the shape of the jewelry. Molten metal is then poured into these cavities.
Grinding
After casting, the jewelry pieces may have rough edges or excess metal attached to them. Grinding is performed to remove these unwanted parts and smooth the surface.
Special tools and machines are used to carefully grind the metal without damaging the design. This step helps refine the basic structure of the jewelry.
Filing / Assembly and Pre-Polishing
In this stage, craftsmen file and shape the jewelry piece to refine its design and remove any remaining imperfections. Filing helps achieve accurate edges and smooth surfaces.
If the jewelry consists of multiple parts, they are assembled together during this stage. Each component is carefully aligned and fixed to maintain the correct structure.
Diamond/Metal Setting
Metal setting is the stage where diamonds or gemstones are placed into the jewelry piece. Skilled artisans carefully position each stone to ensure perfect alignment and security.
Different stone-setting techniques are used depending on the design, such as prong setting, bezel setting, or pave setting. Precision is very important during this process.
Polishing
Polishing gives the jewelry its final shine and smooth finish. Special polishing tools and compounds are used to remove minor scratches and surface marks.
This process enhances the brightness and beauty of the metal, making the jewelry look more attractive and refined. It also improves the overall quality of the final product.
Rhodium Plating
Rhodium plating is mainly applied to white gold or silver jewelry to improve its appearance and durability. A thin layer of rhodium is coated on the surface of the jewelry.
This coating gives the jewelry a bright, reflective finish and protects it from scratches and tarnishing. It also enhances the overall color and shine of the piece.
Quality Control
Before the jewelry is ready for delivery, it goes through a detailed quality control process. Experts carefully inspect every piece to ensure it meets the required standards.

Courier Packaging for Safe Transportation
Once the jewelry passes the quality check, it is carefully packed for delivery. Protective packaging materials are used to prevent damage during transportation.
Each piece is placed in secure boxes or protective cases to ensure safety while shipping. Proper labeling and handling instructions are also included.
